Jay Frank Jay Frank is currently the SVP of Music Strategy for CMT, a division of MTV Networks. At CMT he oversees music strategy as it relates to all of the network’s on-air and digital music initiatives across all properties, including CMT, CMT.com, CMT Mobile, games, touring and other businesses. Frank came to CMT from Yahoo! Music where he was Vice President of Music Programming and Label Relations, responsible for all the company’s music programming, working closely with record labels and managers to oversee artist promotions. While at Yahoo! Music, Frank was instrumental in growing its audience exponentially to a monthly audience of approximately 25 million people.

Helienne Lindvall Helienne is an award winning professional songwriter, musician, and music and media writer for The Guardian. Born and raised in Sweden, she moved to New York City in her early twenties where she lived for six years, working as a session singer, recording artist and performer. After relocating to London she signed a publishing deal with BMG Publishing Scandinavia, collaborating with other writers such as Jörgen Elofsson (Britney Spears, Il Divo, Westlife), Steve McEwan (Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood), Phil Thornalley (Natalie Imbruglia, Pixie Lott), Ghost (Robyn) and Steve Booker (Duffy, Sugababes). The Guardian recruited her to blog the X Factor in 2007, which led to her weekly blog, Behind The Music, going – as they put it – “behind the glitz and glamour to expose the grittier side of music”.

Tom Mcfall Tom Mcfall is an exciting new Producer from London having recently Produced and/or Mixed albums for artists such as Stars, Dead Kids, The Crimea, Paper Scissors and Black Soul Strangers. Googling his name also brings up an impressive array of Engineering credits including the last two albums for REM and Snow Patrol as well as Bloc Party, Weezer, AFI, Regina Spektor, Biffy Clyro and Editors. He also Produced and Mixed Team Me's latest EP and is also working with Denmark's own Alcoholic Faith Mission.
