The alter ego Jeremy Sparrow belongs to songwriter and singer Lasse Smed, who together with his highly competent band plays early 90s indie with references to the melodious post punk of the 80s. The band’s own label is post indie, but it is really a lot more than that: enjoyable country, American 60s garage, and much more. Jeremy Sparrow’s single “Suburb” from the EP from last autumn got lots of airplay on Danish Radio channel P3. |
